Softopia ("we") operates BoardHive (the "app"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
The app requires no sign-up. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.

Name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, gender, location, contacts, photos, call logs, and payment details are not collected.
Sound, motion, and language setting values are kept on your device. The fact that you changed a setting (which item you turned on or off, which language you chose) is part of the usage statistics in section 1, but the values themselves are not stored on a server against your account. They are removed when you uninstall the app.
We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.
The app uses the following services. Information is processed only as needed to run them.

We do not share your information with anyone else.
The app's database is hosted in the Singapore (asia-southeast1) region. Your information is therefore stored and processed outside your country.

If you do not want this, you can stop using the app and uninstall it. Online matches will not be available in that case.

We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your information at any time.
Without the app, you can request deletion as described on the Delete Account page (contact email plus account ID); we process requests within 14 days.
Unlinking removes the association with your Google account ID and display name.
When requesting deletion by email, please include the account ID shown on the app's Settings screen so we can identify what to delete.
The app is intended for both adults and children.
